FTC Robotics
We are excited to offer after-school robotics at Madison this year! We will have 4 teams that will each build and program a robot to compete with other Portland-area teams. The competition season runs September through March.
Computer Science
An introductory computer science elective. Students learn the basics of programming in Snap!, a drag-and-drop visual programming language. This course is based on UC Berkeley's Beauty & Joy of Programming course.
AP CS
A college-level Computer Science course taught in the Java programming language. Students can earn college credit based on their performance on the AP test in early May.
AP Calculus AB
A college-level math course that covers limits, derivatives, and integrals. Students can earn college credit based on their performance on the AP test in early May.
